Stakeholders' communications

The Sustainability Committee operates according to the "P-D-C-A" (Plan-Do-Check-Action) management model to identify nd collect stakeholders' concerns. To ensure the execution of various major issues and goals achievements.

The Sustainability Committee holds regular annual discussions on major issues related to the economy, society, and the environment, as well as reviews the achievement status of goals set by each unit and formulates future directions. It compiles relevant outcome data, the results of stakeholder engagements, and sustainability discussion recommendations for review by the Chairperson. A report is then submitted annually to the Board of Directors for review and confirmation. The 2024 stakeholder communication outcomes were reported to the Board on December 20, 2024. To pursue sustainable development, the Company provides transparent and effective communication channels with all stakeholders, including employees, suppliers, customers, banks, other creditors, and parties with vested interests in the Company. In accordance with relevant laws and regulations, information is disclosed on the Market Observation Post System to ensure stakeholders have sufficient information to make informed decisions and safeguard their rights and interests.
