◆Greenhouse Gas Verification
The "Greenhouse Gas Inventory Implementation Committee" was established to implement various tasks of greenhouse gas verification and reduction, with a view to reducing direct and indirect greenhouse gas emissions year by year. and develop greenhouse gas reduction strategies.

Avertronics’ greenhouse gas (GHG) inventory is primarily focused on Our headquarters as the reporting entity, with organizational boundaries defined by operational control. Starting in 2026, Avertronics will extend guidance to our subsidiaries to support the implementation of ISO 14064-1 standards and the establishment of internal GHG inventories. The ESG Task Force provides quarterly progress reports to the Board of Directors regarding these initiatives.
Regarding Our headquarters' performance, the 2022 inventory was conducted internally. In 2023, Avertronics completed the inventory for the prior year’s data and obtained a third-party assurance statement from BSI. Internal inventories for 2024 and 2025 have been finalized but have not yet undergone external verification. The inventory results are presented in the table below.
Taichung Plant: Using 2021 as the base year, we aim for a 1% annual reduction in carbon equivalents, reaching a 5% total reduction by 2030. Other Subsidiaries & Taichung second Plant: Using 2025 as the base year, we target a 5% reduction by 2030.

Avertronics committed to environmental protection. Industrial waste generated during the manufacturing process is collected, classified and temporarily stored in a waste storage area, afterwards cleanup by the Environmental Protection Agency for processing. Waste in the factory is stored and cleaned regularly comply with storage regulations.
