Silicon rubber boards are sheet-like products with certain thickness and large surface area, made with silicone as the main material through vulcanization.
They are manufactured by calendaring bonded forming or extrusion molding of mixed rubber, then vulcanized using flat vulcanizing machines or continuous vulcanization with drum vulcanizes.

Organic silicone foam material is formed by foaming polysiloxane, maintaining the excellent characteristics of silicone polymers, such as resistance to high and low temperatures, electrical insulation, and weather resistance, while combining the low density, excellent sound absorption, and shock resistance properties of foam materials.
